Training experience

As a former employee of ISPA, Inc. and Alliant Techsystems, I had the opportunity to impart my unique knowledge of rule-writing and related products to all levels of users throughout the U.S. and Canada. I developed most of the instructional material, guided by feedback from my contemporaries and students. The 32-hour course is a healthy mix of lecture and lab, and there are liberal questions, examples and exercises to keep the attendees stimulated and involved.

As the primary instructor, I conducted classes in the use of scanning equipment, Adobe PDF products, the implementation and use of a web-based document repository system, and a week-long course on an AWK-based scripting language used to add intelligence (links & bookmarks) to customer documents.
